Program Dates: June 1, 2015 to July 31, 2015
Program Goals: The aim of the programs is to engage, recruit, and train well-qualified college undergraduates (primarily rising juniors and seniors) students, from underrepresented minorities and other disparity populations, in local Washington, DC area universities, into clinical and translational research (SOAR-Health) and minority health and health disparities research (SOAR-MHHD) careers through specialized didactic and mentored research experiences.
